It's a GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so excited that my dear friend is having a little girl!! I can not wait to meet little Mia Lauryn. Allyson and Marcus have been such dear friends to Steven and I, they have done so much for us and we wanted to thank them in a special way. So crazy enough my husband came up with the fabulous idea of throwing them an Annoucement Party. I was so excited!!! So with the help of Allyson's sister Laura this is how it turned out! Laura took care of all the food and I took care of everything else! I was so happy with how everything turned out!! We did not want it to feel too "Baby Showery" which I think was accomplished!

This is the boy side. I made the pom pom's out of cupcake liners. It took 100 cupcake liners per pom pom.

The girl side. I love the cupcake toppers, they go with the theme of pom poms. I pretty much researched all sorts of toppers on Etsy and then let Allyson pic out her favorite.

I love the signs!!

The full cupcake table. I feel like it is missing something but I can not put my finger on it. I am thinking some fresh flowers and maybe something else. Overall I was pretty happy with how it turned out!

Allyson's sister did all the food prep and did such a great job. It looked so beautiful and was really yummy!!

The cups, plates, utensil, and napkin station. I thought it turned out really cute too!!

Allyson and her mom under the pom poms! Those are a little harder to create then you think. You have to pull it all apart to make it look right.

The Drink Station is by far my favorite!! I had a pink drink and a blue drink with the boy and the girl names picked as the labels! They both turned out perfect!!

The Blue drink is Sprite with some Blue Rasberry Jello power mixed in. We are trying to get just the right color of blue and it turned out perfect! It was pretty good too!!

The pink drink is Pink Lemonade. This was a huge hit! We used Sprite instead of water and it turned out really good too.

This is Marcus and Allyson right before we had everyone bite into their cupcake! It was such an exciting time for them and I am so happy for them!!
